The cottage

Large screened porch with patio furniture, carport, outdoor fire ring, gas grill, central air conditioning and natural gas furnace, private well and septic. Around 800 sq. ft. with plenty of room for boat & trailer, transient boat slip available through the park rental.

The kitchen

Full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, coffee, tea, basic condiments and spices, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, cookware, flatware, cleaning supplies.

Dining & Living

Oak pedestal dining table with 4 chairs, 3 bar stools, 2 upholstered chairs, twin sofas, CD stereo, TV, DVD/Blu Ray, free wi-fi, games and an open hearth firereplace.

Bed & Bath

North bedroom has 1 double bed and a small dresser.
East bedroom has 1 queen bed, built-in bunk beds and a dresser. Bathroom has a fiberglass bath shower unit, massage shower-head, 4’ vanity.
